WHEW, I don’t know where to start but judging by my last post, it has been a looooong time; way to long. Well, 
YES, I’m still on this fitness roller coaster. However, I figured out the key component I’ve been missing; blogging. Yep, blogging about my journey made me way more accountable and gave me a bigger purpose. So, this time around I decided to come back to my roots and why I was so successful the first time I went on this journey. I have deleted some old tabs during my process of revamping my blog. I changed the name a couple of years ago as well. But, all the fun content will be the same. Each week I will post some meals I’ve prepared and tried, new healthy foods I’ve incorporated into my meals, workout plans, and other cools things I have done to stay motivated.
